S2M have carried out various projects/tasks at my house since I moved here 3 years ago. From major jobs such as renovating my property inside and out and laying extensive patio areas to small ones - changing taps and minor plumbing jobs. The standard of work is always excellent, the staff efficient and professional and always first class results. Always very helpful and their advice sound, even when it entails a better and less expensive option e.g. when they advised against patio tiles and recommended impressed concrete for my driveway and patio areas.Would highly recommend them.

Israel & José are very professional as are all the guys who work for them. We had a pool built by them, as we weren’t resident at the time they kept us informed of progress every week and sent photos and updates the job took about 6 weeks and a perfect job was done. Since then we have had alterations done to the house inside and out again top work all finish to a very high standard and all clean and tidy.

This company is very very trust worthy and I had no hesitation in writing a review for them.

So far we have had 2 large and some small construction works carried out by S2M, they are efficient, tidy and very professional in their capability and their general attitude, yes something was not perfect first time round on one of the jobs, this was sorted quickly and simply. A local company with local ties I would recommend them. They will give you a quote with no hidden extras.

LAAT JE DROMEN UITKOMEN!!!

Vorig jaar hebben wij een grote stap gezet om onze droom te realiseren.Een villa gekocht in Spanje.

Hoe begin je hieraan?
Tientallen vragen; onervaren; kennen geen Spaans........

Marieke, wonende in Pinoso(Alicante), die zelf twee appartementen verhuurd(Casa Mariluca) heeft ons hierin van A tot Z begeleid!

Na enkele huizen te bezichtigen reden we naar de regio(Murcia). In het dorpje Macisvenda aangekomen zagen we op de bergflank een moderne witte villa staan . We waren dadelijk onder de indruk. De zon stond hoog aan de strakblauwe hemel, prachtige vergezichten langs alle kanten, we konden er niet genoeg van krijgen. Het bezorgde ons alle drie een mooie droom tijdens de laatste nacht in Casa Mariluca.

Op drie maanden tijd was de definitieve verkoop met de sleuteloverdracht.

Marieke die al wat ervaring had met de firma S2M(Pinoso) hebben voor ons alles kunnen verwezenlijken!!!

In het bestaande zwembad dat een lek vertoonde heeft S2M een nieuw zwembad ingebouwd en langs beide zijden verhoging voorzien waar wij nu van terrassen en een schaduwrijke plaats kunnen genieten. Op de bovenverdieping hebben wij een schildersatelier/buitenkeuken laten bouwen, airco warm/koud in elke kamer, nieuwe badkamermeubels en hallkast op maat, nieuwe moderne hoogglans keuken met ingewerkte eiken tafel op maat, elektrische poort, intercom......... Ook dit is vlekkeloos verlopen en tijdig afgewerkt. Na nog geen jaar is onze vakantiewoning Casa Artistica volledig af , zonder zorgen.

S2M zorgt voor zwembad onderhoud, tuinman, poetsdienst, verhuring, verkoop tweede woonst en nieuwbouw. Kortom "een firma waar je met alles terecht kunt". Ook na de eindafrekening kan je op hun rekenen wanneer er zich problemen voordoen.
Aan te raden is in die streek om op verkenning te gaan een huurwagen nodig. Wil je dat niet, komen zij je ook van en naar de luchthaven brengen.

Zij zijn eerlijk, correct en zijn te vertrouwen.

Wij willen Marieke en S2M van harte danken dat onze droom is uitgekomen zonder zorgen. We wensen hun dan ook alle succes toe in de verdere toekomst.
