Malcolm has just done a fantastic job of modernising our bathroom by removing the Bath and replacing it with a shower cubicle, the tiles look great, he changed the vanity unit and removed the bidet. He also fitted wooden boards in two bedrooms as feature headboards.
Malcolm is a very helpful, efficient and a pleasure to deal with whose prices are very good. Malcom did all this work whilst we were in the UK and kept us updated with the progress by video call as well as going back and forth to Leroy Merlin to correct our errors. Malcolm has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I had a number of different jobs, painting, plumbing, putting up new lights and fans, nothing was too big, small or problematic. He arrived to quote me when he said he would, started the day he said he would and kept me up to date every step of the way. His work has been nothing short of excellent, along with his teammate Sergei who have worked so efficiently to get the bits I required done in my limited time frame. A pleasure to have had such great lads around and I could not recommend them highly enough. I will undoubtedly be having Malcolm back to change my bathroom suite in the near future. Absolutely 5* thank you Malcolm & Sergei.

I highly recommend Malcolm. He and his work partner changed all the interior locks and door handles as well as remove our no longer needed satellite dishes. All quick and efficient with no fuss. Great job 👏

We have used Malcolm on both of our house purchases in the Orihuela area. Malcolm has done everything from flooring, kitchen cabinets, paint, electrical, plumbing and anything else we needed to make our house in Spain a home we love. Malcolm has performed most of his work while we were out of country and we trust him and his associates fully. He has had a key for our property, he has purchased items in our name and went beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend Malcolm to anyone considering having renovation work done and we will continue to contract Malcolm on any future work we need done. Thank you Malcolm.

Shocked that a contractor claiming to have many years experience is incapable of mounting a new TV to a lounge wall. Malcolm and his sidekick were oblivious to the damage they caused to our brand new home then left abruptly when they realised they were out of their depth. We were left with a damaged new wall and a TV still to mount. Interestingly Malcolm's experience failed him at every moment during the unfortunate encounter. We now have a reputable contractor who is repairing the damage and will finish the job. I'm glad we did not let him loose on the other jobs he had attended to complete. List of Malcolms failings: Lay a new 65 inch TV face down on a new sofa (possible damage to screen). Damaged to the new TV wall unit. Damage to new wall when hanging the TV bracket. TV bracket hung in the wrong position. Left dirt and mess everywhere. You make your own mind up and be warned!
