Our experience building a new villa, bought mid 2021 and delivered on-time early 2022, from Rodrigo Homes was marvellous! The design and floor-plan of their houses is very well thought with much eye for even the smallest details. The building quality is the best we have seen in the whole region. Their way of communication is splendid with lightning fast, competent and reliable replies. They realised our dream-house, on time and within the budget. We can only recommend building a new house with Rodrigo Homes, you will be very pleasantly surprised! Not only with their personal attention but especially with the thick insulation used, the very modern installations, very high quality windows and patio-doors, beautiful pools, high quality tiles in- and outside, carefully planned kitchens, superior bathrooms and many more things.

We are purchasing a Rodrigo property on Santa Rosalia Lake and Life Resort. The build is now nearly 50% complete. We have been looking for a property in Spain for years and the reasons we purchased this property were simple. The design just met every item on my checklist, right down to the basement garden. The quality of the show home was ahead of my expectations which were high. The location of both the resort and the property within the resort were just perfect. We have been impressed with both Lola and Loli who have looked after us throughout the purchase. I receive monthly photo updates from Loli and the ability to talk to Kiran regarding our required design extras was wonderful. I have purchased many properties both personally and professionally and this is by far the best buying experience that I have had so far. As I said the property is not yet complete but so far I could not be happier, Rodrigo have lived up to my expectations and indeed exceeded them. Many thanks

House:

In general:

Fantastic solutions when it comes to utilizing the rooms in the house. Good area size of the individual rooms. Good use of the outdoor area on the plot.
Perfect choice of colours inside and outside. Bright and nice.
Very good qualities of tiles both inside and outside.
Very good technical solutions. Amazing solutions to light.
Bathroom solutions and equipment are fantastic.
Curtain solutions in every room are absolutely fantastic.
Fantastic and spaciuous closet solutions in kitchen and bedrooms.
Excellent with all whitegoods included.
In general; Luxury solutions all over.
To quote our visitors; "Fantastic and luxury"

Negative comments;
Aircon 1. floor failed 2 times during very hot periods. But was repaired very quickly.
Paintspots around on outside walls and outside floor.
Leakage in pumphouse after work with increased waterlevel. Took very long time(1 week) to be repaired.
It look like Rodrigo subsuppliers do not make priority to repair-/error work after houses have been completed.
See our error/deficiency list given to Lola previously.
Other comments;
User guides for white goods, aircon, access control and the pool, there should have been a quick manual step by step in English in addition to the detailed usermanuals.
Should be a check out/approval report for errors/failures. See our proposal given to Lola.
Information booklet should be updated. Example; no car rental agencies in San Pedro. Nearest in Santiago or Horadada.
Drinking water solution(Osmosis) in the kitchen should be standard and included in the entire house price.
Saltwater solution in the pool should be standard and included in the entire house price.
It should have been given better information of the music noise from the concertarena.

Rodrigo as company:

Very good web page with good pictures and information. Maybe a little more drone shots of the house, the complex and San Pedro.
The company seems very serious, have overall very good solutions for the locations of complexes(quiet areas, close to San Pedro and beaches), utilisation of the plots and houses. Look likes the company have good position as a builder. New complexes are established in the area.
Very good dialogue with the personnel we have contact with.

San Pedro del Pinatar/Lo Pagan:

A little quiet town with necessary offers what is needed for non-residents. Dos Mares and Pinatar Park less than 4 km. from us.

Summary:

Due to some errors and omissions, we cannot give a better score than 98%.
But of course we would absolutly recommend the house, the area the complex is located, Rodrigo as company and the town of San Pedro.
